Flat-Fee Family Law Mediation

Let us guide you to resolution

An experienced legal mediator guides you to the right divorce solutions for a flat fee, so you know what to expect up front.

Did you know that you can easily spend anywhere from $20,000, $40,000 or even $60,000 when you hire a divorce lawyer to handle your case through traditional methods? Your spouse will be spending just as much as well, so you could be looking at expenses totaling well over $100,000.

There is a better way.

You can economically resolve your differences and reach a divorce settlement that protects your interests and respects your rights with the help of a skilled mediator.

What is mediation?

When ending a marriage, even the most amicable of couples can find there are divorce issues they simply cannot agree upon. During mediation both parties will meet with a third-party neutral called a mediator. The mediator is there to facilitate conversations regarding any divorce issues which the couple cannot agree upon such as child custody, property division and alimony. Your mediator will not take sides. Depending on your preferences, your attorney may or may not be present during the mediation sessions. However, it is always important to share resolution options with your attorney, before any agreements are made.

The parties involved and the neutral third-party mediator will meet on the day of mediation to attempt to come to a mutual agreement between parties. You will discuss various problems in hopes of coming to a neutral resolution. Such as, case specific information, finances, and your hopes for the result of your mediation session

Jason Naimi

PARTNER

Jason Naimi, the managing partner of Naimi Family Law Group, has decades of experience litigating complex high-asset high-conflict divorce cases in Las Vegas. But he also helps couples find compromise through mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution. As a mediator, Jason puts his knowledge and skills to work guiding couples to solutions that meet the needs of the entire family, without the delays, conflict, and drama that come along with the traditional divorce process.

A mediator does not act like a judge. Rather than arbitrarily ruling on an issue the way a judge would, a trained mediator guides parties to reach decisions that benefit both parties. Jason uses his expertise to explain the strengths and weaknesses of each parties position and discuss how a judge would resolve each issue in the courtroom. The goal is to create a settlement that is fair for both parties and to reach finality for far less fees.

In his years as a mediator, Jason has extensive experience in helping couples find the best solution for their situation. Let him guide you to resolution.

If you are unable to resolve your differences and decide to take matters to court, after mediation you will understand the key areas of conflict so you can pinpoint the focus to the specific factors that need to be resolved through litigation, thus reducing future legal expenses.
