Carrie Primas, Esq., became interested in family law when clerking for a small law firm in Reno, Nevada, during her undergraduate time at University of Nevada Reno. Carrie was born and raised in Las Vegas, leaving the state only briefly to attend law school, and returning immediately upon graduation to begin practicing law in Las Vegas. She has been a Partner at Naimi Mullins Law Group since 2024.
Carrie is dedicated to helping her clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, and ensures that her clients feel heard while also ensuring that they have reasonable expectations throughout their case. She focuses on divorce and child custody disputes, and commonly manages routine and complex property division issues. Carrie dedicates her pro bono hours to representing children who has been placed into foster care, giving them a voice in their own lives. She also serves the legal community as a member of the Family Law Executive Council.
Carrie received her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, during which time she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Philip M. Pro in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Following Law Group, Carrie served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable T. Arthur Ritchie in the Eighth Judicial District Court Family Division. She has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since licensing.
When she is not devoting her time to her clients, Carrie is a dedicated wife and mother, spending her time as a PTO member, Scouting American den leader, and baseball and gymnastics chauffeur.
