With over 20 years of dedicated practice in family law, Katherine Provost has built a reputation as a compassionate advocate and skilled litigator. In September 2024, she joined her friends Jason Naimi and Neil Mullins as a Partner at the Naimi Mullins Law Group, where she continues her commitment to fostering healthy family relationships.
Katherine specializes in a diverse range of family law matters, including high-net-worth cases, military divorce, child custody, alimony, and child support disputes. While prepared to litigate, Katherine’s collaborative approach often leads to opportunities to explore amicable solutions, ensuring her clients feel empowered every step of the way. Her extensive knowledge in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) allows her to support families through the drafting of surrogacy and donor agreements. Katherine helps hundreds of Intended Parents, Donors, and Surrogates navigate their family building journey each year.
A Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law, Katherine is an esteemed Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Known for her creative problem-solving skills and tireless advocacy, she has earned the trust of her clients and peers alike as a steadfast and knowledgeable resource in family law.
Katherine’s legal journey began in New Jersey, where she worked as a certified paralegal while attending Seton Hall Law School. After earning her degree, she moved to Las Vegas, serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Cheryl B. Moss (Ret.) in the 8th Judicial District Court before entering private practice.
Outside the office, Katherine enjoys family life with her husband and two teenage children. Whether it’s cheering on her son at baseball games or supporting her daughter at rodeo events, she embraces every moment of being a busy mom.
